"Someday," they said. Someday. And someday became a millennia.

  1. ok, what? I don't understand this. Is this because we are all horrible procrastinators? Because if so. . . it's true. I am procrastinating getting ready for class by checking out your writing. Bad Andrea! :)
    Nice thought though - seriuosly.

  2. actually it came about from a worship thought; I was thinking of all those people who thought about God returning soon. I am sure they all thought, someday, someday...and a millennia went by.

  3. I have always thought it interesting how Christianity talks about Jesus coming soon and has for 2000 years and counting... I think when the Bible talks about his imminent return it means we should live our lives as though he could come at any moment and not that we should go around actually saying that he is coming soon or in our lifetime or in the next 100 years, because realistically we just don't know that. He could come tomorrow or another 2000 years down the road.

  4. that, and also for the fact time is perceived different on His end, so soon to Him is literally SOON!
